Statement of Faith

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Foundational Beliefs

• We believe in one God our Father, Jesus His Son, and the Holy Ghost.
• We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, was crucified, died, was buried, was resurrected, ascended into heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of the Father.
• We believe the Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct. (ADD VERSES HERE)

Salvation

• We believe in personal salvation through the shed blood of Jesus Christ for all who believe and accept His free offer of forgiveness.  (John 3:3,16,17; Romans 8:16; 10:13-15; Ephesians 2:8,9; 4:24; Titus 2:11-12; 3:5-7)

Divine Healing

• We believe in divine healing, through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ, and that healing is included in the Redemption. (Isa. 53:4, 5; Matt. 8:16, 17; James 5:14-16)

Baptism in the Holy Ghost

• We believe the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as distinct from the New Birth, in speaking with tongues (unlearned language) as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4), in the gifts of the Spirit, and the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit. We believe that all these are available to believers. (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4,8; 2:4; 8:12-17; 10:44-46; 11:14-16; 15:7-9; 1 Cor. 12:1-31; Gal 5:22-23)

Second Coming of Christ

• We believe in the Christian's hope, the soon-coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
• We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal   punishment of the lost. (ADD VERSES HERE)
